Over the last couple of months, I have had some phone calls from a cousin wanting to know about a Yard in Stradishall, Nr. Newmarket, where he said he is convinced he saw some Railway carriages and a Diesel shunter when passing one day. He has been back there a few times, but can't find it and so now feels he has dreamt it.

Do You know if there is such a place there and where these items can be seen please? Thank you.

http://www.mcbarrett.f9.co.uk/stradishall/default.html

There was a halt there and was used as a goods line. That's about as much info as I could find.
