Bressingham is now advertising that LMS 7P No. 6100 "Royal Scot" will be in steam during their locomotive weekend on the 5th & 6th of September.
The event will also include many of the operational steam locomotives and traction engines & steam rollers as possible.
Also the static locomotives will be brought outside,

I am away that weekend and in Grantham. The last time I saw 6100 at Bressingham, I had tremendous pleasure to ride on the footplate and bought a collectors plate, having paid the Late Alan Bloom the Founder and Former Owner for it. I still have that same plate and on display in my lounge. _________________ Please help us to 'Raise a Wagon Load of Cash' and so we can get the lease, then start running. Royal Scot will now not visit Bressingham due to ongoing work.
This has lead to Bressingham cancelling the locomotive weekend, stupid thing to do in my mind. _________________ Kieran

I fully agree about cancelling it, because there may have been coach tours arranged and paid for to visit there.
