They may not feature the railways of East Anglia, but if you have a shop called 'Poundland' nearby to you, go in there and look at their dvd's. Seriously, they have some at literally £1 each, last an hour and ARE quite good. Sadly, they are all diesel, but as I say, they ARE good and What a pity the bigger companies producing them CAN'T sell theirs cheaper than £12.95 or more and still make a profit? If anything is poor, I will say so, but I HAVE seriously enjoyed watching these. I got four different, but if there are more at your store, let us know on here. The same goes if you can only get a couple, let me know and I will look in our local shop, but be quick, because I hope to be moving in 5-6 weeks. No seriousy, I am hoping to move 15 miles and will be coming back this way weekly, so if you have any problem, let me know.

Where I now live, there is a shop selling these same dvd's at £5.99 each, but I still get them for £1. _________________ Please help us to 'Raise a Wagon Load of Cash' and so we can get the lease, then start running. See the main website www.bramleyline.org.uk for further details. |

I realise this post is quite old now but i bought one of these dvds from poundland. For £1 you shouldnt complain but i assumed the one i was buying was steam, as it showed a picture of a steam loco on the front. It did say "any loco on the front cover may not be featured on this dvd", i thought ok, it wont be that particular steam loco then. Turns out no form of steam loco was featured. It was probably a good dvd for modern enthusiasts, but i soon got rid of it!
