What? Steam Beano - never trust anything you read in that!

Even so, an impressive list. I don't know how on earth they got hold of that information, it was meant to be being kept secret - it'd be nice to know how SR got hold of that info.  Evil or Very Mad

Does anyone here know if the second platform canopy will be built similar as original or different style?
plus the hold ups (forgotten the correct term) where were they from originally?

The "Hold Ups" AKA Stanchions are the originals from the station, IIRC. I think the structure will be built as the original, if not in the same style. I wouldn't think the canopy project would be high on the list of priorities though. If and when they do go in, the Stanchions need to be sand blasted and they will then be fixed into position. Once a canopy has been built, planning and fundraising for a permanent building will probably happen.

Thanks for the info Owen, I knew it wouldnt happen soon as the crossing isnt cheap and I hear a footbridge has been obtained. In fact I found a Picture of it in its original place. I myself hope it goes to Holt as I think it needs one.

Quite interesting to see how SR got it wrong, infact as far as i remember, they only got half of the guests right (4F, B1 & 4MT). I think the flying pig was a bit unlikely from the start, same with the N2. They have both yet to steam, and i would have thought the railways that they are based at would want to make use of them first.
