Sunday saw ex-LNER A4 60019 "Bittern" travel from London, via Cambridge to Norwich. So off I drove, on the hunt for a Bittern! Again! Went to Mid-Hants after I finished uni last year to see her!

Got to Cambridge station, thought i would try get a pic or two from the platform, but told only if you are travelling! So a quick drive and a road bridge saved the day! As did getting access behind the local Asda to get up close as it was filling with water. What a lovely engine, and what lovely pics my new camera takes! Enjoy!!!!

Just as I was leaving, saw a 170dmu heading past, so a now and then pic was in order!

It has been said that the Kings Lynn to Liverpool Street tour on 21 July has been postponed due to problems, but I WILL get this verified given the chance and on Wednesday of next week if I get to meet my informant.
