Yards and Sidings back in use?

I have heard that the DCE sidings at Norwich (next to Wensum curve at Crown Point) is to be used for the stabling of track machines and plant such as Tampers etc.

The carriage sidings at Great Yarmouth have been cleared of vegetation. Is this for the coming Engineering work at Great Yarmouth?
