Someone I know at Colchester Powerbox has said (via web forum) that they may be moving to the bouncy castle (Liverpool Street IECC to the world). This is apparently due to planned resignalling between Haughley Junction and Ely; and Norwich to Ely. It may all be controlled from the new IECC. He did state this was only mess room talk but with Network Rail having to invest millions for the new London transport projects I believe this could be a possiblity. Anyone in the know (especially class170)? What would this mean for the rural absolute block sections and satellite panels at Trowse and Crown Point? Would Cambridge IECC go the same way?
