PostalsIt has been reported on anglia gen (see links) that a GBRf class 325 (postal EMU) has been visiting Stratford. There are various rumours to why it went there but the most likely is that the driver took it there to refresh his/her route knowledge. Wouldn't it be nice if they started up the postals in the region again?

It would be nice to see the post returned to rail full stop. A batch of letters posted recently took SIX days to get delivered and one was only going 14 miles down the road, but got taken 28 miles in the opposite direction first. When mail went by rail, it sure was delivered a lot quicker than it is these days.
I have the video 'Night Mail' in good old black and white. My partner asked me why we no longer see these trains about, not knowing they have been taken off.
Let's get mail back on Rail.
