Outer Harbour Great YarmouthBuilding has started on the Outer Harbour at Great Yarmouth. Rail has been cited as the favoured mode of transport. They hope to have the first ships sailing within 2 years! Hopefully this would mean investment in rail and more freight on the metals!

Let's hope they get the freight off the roads and back on the rails. There is to be another new Container complex at the old Shell Haven site on the coast of Essex, but as yet there is no mention of transport to be used for transporting the Containers.
