Mothballed Line in NorfolkThis is a bit of an odd question.
I remember, what must have been about 5 or 6 years ago, going for a family walk somewhere in Norfolk. Nothing notable in that, only we were walking along a mothballed trackbed with the track still in place. I can't think where the line could be, as I was under the impression all track had been ripped up. It could have been part of the Mid-Norfolk, but I doubt it. Any ideas?

Owen, Try looking in Forgotten Railways of East Anglia by R S Joby and see if any of that helps. Apart from the MNR like you say, I can't think where else it could be right now. Any problem getting the book, let me know and I will see what I can find.
