There is no ceiling, and no door. The roof is bigger than the area enclosed by the walls. Draughts howl through it and the occupants unimpeded - it's windy in the Fens. On a cold morning inside it's only very slightly less unpleasant than outside. So perhaps it doesn't matter that it's only big enough for 3.

There's one of those at Cromer - or something that sounds like your description. At least they keep the rain away!

I daresay that because it is very little used compared with other stations along the line and for example Littleport and Waterbeach, there is very little need to build anything better.
