90036 and 9002490024 (in First "Barbie" colours) has been at Crown Point to cover for 90036 while it went to Crewe for exam. 90036 has just been to Crown Point to pick up 90024 as the fire bottles have gone off in the engine room so has to returned dead. 90036 will then be back. 90024 never made it to passenger service. Would have been interesting seeing a First branded loco hauling ONE stock! 90024 can more commonly be seen on the WCML hauling the Caledonian Sleepers.

90036 is back to over as spare engine. Out in service today. I have heard that 90015 is due back from works soon.
