Pictured below, is the latest look to the now disused platforms at March station as taken very recently from the footbridge. It is such a pity that Network Rail have allowed it to get in this terrible state.
There is a Group locally, that would dearly Love to clean this up and make it look smart and attractive for visitors and passengers passing through. _________________ Please help us to 'Raise a Wagon Load of Cash' and so we can get the lease, then start running. To think that just 20 years ago, I took this photo from the nearest platform to the camera and the one below.
Now looking down from the footbridge, towards the same platform as the picture above was taken, but as seen today.
While it is obvious I don't use the Ladies toilet on this station, if they are in the same state as the Gents currently are, then they haven't had a cleaner in there for years and a total disgrace.
